My 16 year old daughter was recently given an English assignment for school. She was told for extra credit she could write a poem on any subject she chose. The following is the poem which will be turned in.
The Unheard
Many voices need to be heard that are silent
Some may be ones you wouldn’t think of
Unheard human voices
That you think don’t exist yet
They are the future of this world
Yet some people don’t want them
People make up excuses for why it would be right
But those excuses are just excuses
And don’t change it to be right
Unheard children sounds and voices
God does not take joy
Into His children dying
Before they even are born
Abortion is never right
No matter what the situation
It’s wrong to murder God’s precious creations
